Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

Eligibility for Return & Refund 

To be eligible for a return, you must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The product must not be tampered with (eg. unscrewed motor). 
  • You must provide a video of the product switched on. 

 

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at hi@cleanelite.com.au to initiate your return.
  2. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Important: Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  4. Please allow 1-4 business days for us to respond to your return request.

 

Return Shipping

  • If your return is accepted, we will cover the return shipping cost of $15. 
  • Please note that items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

 

Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception.
  • If you tamper with the product by unscrewing or opening the motor, you are immediately ineligible for a refund or return. 
  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hi@cleanelite.com.au so we can resolve the issue.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale items or gift cards are non-returnable.

 

Exchanges

  • For the fastest way to receive what you want, return the item you have and make a new purchase for the replacement item once your return is accepted.

 

Refunds

  1. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  3. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  4. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hi@cleanelite.com.au.
